Life at Craigsplates is intense, busy and plain hard work most of the time but downright fun. We pride ourselves on putting our customers first, knowing our product inside out and endeavouring to deliver a well made product EVERY time. If you think you will be able to fit in with our Team then we currently have four vacancies we are looking to fill.
Gerber/Acrylic Plate Maker - Part Time
Our specialist plates are made on a different system to our more standard ones. This position requires a Team Member who is graphics and PC literate. Able to operate a cutter and roll both wet and dry reflective onto acrylic after designing and printing plates. This position would meet the national minimum wage for the first three months after which pay may increase depending upon the employee.
Admin Assistant - Part Time
We rely heavily on a Contact Management System rather than paper these days. Infact we only use paper to write our lunch order down on!!! This means we are looking for help processing incoming orders, answering emails and general office admin. This position demands a high degree of accuracy as you will be dealing with customer orders and whether choices and options are feasible. This position would meet the national minimum wage for the first three months after which pay may increase depending upon the employee.
Web Developer - Full Time
The successful candidate must be fully up to date with PHP, XHTML, CSS and AJAX. Previous experience working for a busy online company would be preferable. Ideally you'll be based in Suffolk and have an understanding of web standards.
SEO Technician - Part Time
You will need to have a full understanding of Google and associated algorithms, web site submission, back-linking, keyword density, meta tags, etc basically the whole gamut of SEO. The successful candidate will have a proven track record.
